I write articles primarily out of interest. I research various topics to better understand them myself, and I write articles to review and share what I have found. Many of my articles are comprehensive reviews which aim to provide a well-balanced summary and discussion of topical issues. Hubpages is an ideal tool for writing these reviews because it allows the writer to add images and tables. It is provides a magazine format where the images greatly enhance the article and improve the experience of the reader. The Hubpages format is fabulous for both readers and writers.

My background is in Science but I have very broad interest as is shown by the articles I have written. I generally focus on mainstream topical areas that feature in the news and magazines rather than obscure self interests. The comments section allows readers to offer extra material and to express their opinions.
