Yallingup is a charming surfside vacation village in the South West Region of Western Australia, established away from care, just 240 km south of Perth. Yallingup boasts sun, sea, surf, scenrey, sauvignon, seafood all in a amicable shoreline setting. Yallingup has its own fabulous sandy surfing and swimming beach that has a unique protected lagoon inside a reef that is simply perfect for angling, kayaking canoeing, bathing, and scuba/snorkeling diving. A gigantic array of boutiques wine makers and cellar door outlets of theYallingup District of the Margaret River Wine Region are established near to Yallingup. There are numerous very good bushwalking trails near the township and you can embark on the Cape to Cape walking Trail that runs south all the way to Augusta. Excellent angling is accessible from the sandy seashore, headlands, rocks or offhore from boats. The Yallingup surf break is renowned internationally, and there are numerous other fabulous surf breaks in the Margaret River area. There is a huge variety of activities and attractions for visitors to enjoy in Yallingup.

The district has some very good snorkeling, wreck diving and scuba diving spots including dives onto the wresk of HMAS Swan in Geography Bay.

The very popular tourist location of Ngilgi Cave is close to the town and is a favourite with tourists.

There are numerous other limestone caves in the Cape to Cape locality of the South West Corner.

There is a broad variety of places to stay on the beach at Yallingup and in the surrounding towns. Yallingup is a short drive south west of Cape Naturaliste, Dunsborough and Busselton. The sandy coastlines are perfect for canoeing, swimming, surfing, kayaking, angling and for a simple day at the sandy seashore with your family or friends.

A broad plethora of dining options will tempt your taste buds at the wonderful spread of fine food bistros and beachfront cafes at Yallingup and at the numerous district wine makers that offer gourmet meals, local wines, seafood and fresh local produce.  Local markets provide the opportunity to sample the ocal food and engage to friendly local community.
